As an authorised retailer, Shifting Worlds guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the label’s own proof of authenticity.

As Shifting Worlds operates as both a physical store and online store, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page on shifting-worlds.com.

SIZING

Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our brands. Simply click on the ‘Select a Size’ menu to view all available sizes.

We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision.

SIZE CONVERSION CHART

You can find our size conversion chart by clicking on the ‘Size Chart’ link on the product page. Please note that sizing may vary by brand, as well as the product itself, and may not fully match the information shown on the chart. This chart is meant as a general guide only. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding a product’s size will be its exact measurements.

PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS

We provide detailed measurements for many of our products online. You can find this information by clicking on the ‘Size Chart’ link. Measurements are taken as accurately as possible with products lying flat on a table.

If you are still unsure about a product’s size, please contact our Customer Care team here so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within one business day.

COLOUR

Shifting Worlds makes every effort to display the colour of merchandise as accurately as possible on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer or handheld device will accurately display any colour.

CHECKOUT

You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Shifting Worlds account or create one if you do not have an existing account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. Orders within Australia and outside of Australia are charged in AUD. You can then select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. Please note that our ISSEY MIYAKE products cannot be shipped outside of Australia. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Shifting Worlds does offer promotional codes from time-to-time. If you would like to stay updated on our promotions, please sign up to our newsletter. You can subscribe when creating an account, or by entering your email address in the ‘Newsletter Signup’ section at the bottom of any page on shifting-worlds.com.

PAYMENT

We use Paypal as a gateway to process all of our payments. Paypal is able to support Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover cards through the Paypal guest or member checkout. For more information about the security of Paypal please visit the Paypal website.

If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you for confirmation before your order is processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

In Australia, all goods and services provided are subject to a standard tax rate of 10% known as GST. All of our prices are marked so that they reflect this tax accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to duties or VAT. All Shifting Worlds orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Please consult your local customs agency for more information regarding this. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order as international duties and taxes are not calculated into the prices.

Please not that some shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance processes. These are unfortunately outside of our control. It would be advisable to again contact your local customs agency or postal office for more information regarding shipment delays.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Upon receipt of the order confirmation email, you are required to verify and review the contents of the order. Please immediately notify customer service info@shiftingworlds.comof any discrepancies or errors with your order. You may also review the details of your order from your Shifting Worlds account, under Order History.

ORDER STATUS

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your Shifting Worlds account, under Order History.

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

All of the prices on our website are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) as Shifting Worlds is based in Melbourne, Australia. Shifting Worlds is unable to accept any other currency at this stage.
